  Convenient location just outside the town of Fairplay. 10 min drive to downtown Fairplay for a variety of restaurants and amenities and 45 min to world class skiing at Breckenridge. Explore the rocky mountains from your oasis.

  Top tier service, we are the homeowners! We will respond to your request within 10 minutes. We provide all basic amenities and then some including locally roasted coffee, MoccaMaster coffee maker, and an oversized cedar hot tub.
